Lead Replacement Policy

1. Purpose


At InteriorDesignerLeads.com, we strive to deliver high-quality, conversion-ready leads. We understand, however, that issues can occasionally arise. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a purchased lead may be eligible for replacement.

 

2. Eligible Reasons for Lead Replacement


A lead may qualify for replacement if any of the following apply:

  1. Invalid or Non-working Contact Details:The phone number and/or email address provided is invalid, non-existent, or permanently unreachable.
  2. Duplicate Lead:You receive the same lead (identical contact information and project details) more than once within a 30-day period.
  3. Fake or Fraudulent Inquiry:The lead was submitted with obviously false details (e.g., incorrect name, prank submission).
  4. Outside Your Selected Filters:The lead’s project location, budget, or type does not match your specified filters at the time of purchase.

 

3. Ineligible Reasons


We cannot offer replacements in the following cases:

  1. The prospect is not interested, has already hired another designer, or changed their mind.
  2. You were unable to contact the lead due to your own delays or errors.
  3. The lead provided partial or delayed responses but is still reachable.
  4. The information provided is genuine but the project timeline or urgency changes after submission.

 

4. Replacement Request Process


  1. Submit your replacement request within 3 business days of receiving the lead.
  2. Provide supporting evidence (e.g., call logs, bounce-back emails, screenshots) demonstrating the issue.
  3. Requests can be made via your dashboard or by emailing support@interiordesignerleads.com with your lead details.

 

5. Review & Resolution


  1. Our support team will review each request and respond within 2 business days.
  2. If the lead meets our replacement criteria, a new lead credit will be issued to your account or a replacement lead will be sent.
  3. All replacement decisions are at the discretion of InteriorDesignerLeads.com and are final.

 

6. Policy Updates


This policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
