By registering as an interior designer or business and using InteriorDesignerLeads.com (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing leads or using our services.

 

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

  1. You must provide accurate and complete business information when creating your account.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

 

3. Lead Delivery and Use

  1. Leads are delivered electronically via email and/or your dashboard, as per your account settings.
  2. Each lead purchased is for your exclusive business use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to any other party.
  3. You are responsible for promptly contacting leads and handling all further communications with prospects.

 

4. Lead Quality and Replacement

  1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure all leads meet the stated filtering criteria (location, budget, project type, etc.).
  2. If you receive a lead with invalid or non-working contact information, you may request a replacement in accordance with our [Lead Replacement Policy].
  3. Lead replacements, if any, are at the sole discretion of InteriorDesignerLeads.com and subject to review.

 

5. Payments and Refunds

  1. All payments for leads or services are due in advance as per the pricing shown on the Platform.
  2. Payments are non-refundable except as specified under our Lead Replacement Policy.
  3. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, branding, technology, and processes on InteriorDesignerLeads.com are the property of the Platform or its licensors.
  2. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the website or leads for commercial purposes other than as allowed by these Terms.

 

7. Platform Use and Limitations

  1. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of leads/services.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. InteriorDesignerLeads.com is not responsible for the outcome of your engagement with any lead.
  2. The Platform provides leads on an “as-is” basis and makes no guarantees regarding conversion or business results.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the lead(s) in question.

 

9. Modifications to Service or Terms

  1. We may update these Terms or modify the Platform at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
  2. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of  India/Delhi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
